Silver zinc oxide has higher thermal stability than AgSnO2.

AgZnO material is an electrical contact material in which a certain form of zinc oxide material (powder, whiskers, fibers), etc., is dispersed (diffuse, directionally distributed, etc.) in a silver matrix in a specific form. Silver zinc oxide has better resistance to fusion welding and burnout, and its contact resistance is higher than that of silver cadmium oxide. Silver zinc oxide can be produced by pre-oxidation-sintering-extrusion, mixing-molding-sintering processes, and internal oxidation processes. Silver zinc oxide is an environmentally friendly material. Applications: Mainly used in circuit breakers, especially universal circuit breakers. As well as for motor protection switches, earth leakage circuit breakers, AC relays.

AVAILABILITY

The product has better resistance to fusion welding and burnout, low contact resistance, and is suitable for applications in cut-off switches, such as DW17 series universal circuit breakers and small circuit breakers, transfer switches, protection switches, motor starters, contactors, and other fields.
