YINDE TECHNOLOGY
Pure silver and fine crystal silver have high electrical and thermal conductivity, low and stable contact resistance, welding and processing performance. Fine crystal silver due to the addition of a small amount of nickel in the silver, greatly refined material organisation grain, in the contact resistance is almost the same conditions, its mechanical strength and temperature resistance are higher than silver. Therefore, anti-melting welding and arc burn resistance is better than silver.
Rivet contacts are used in relays, contactors, small circuit breakers, small switches, thermostats and so on. Yinde can customize Ag/Cu/Ag, AgCdO/Cu/AgCdO, AgSnO₂(In₂O₃)/Cu/AgSnO₂(In₂O₃) AgNi/Cu/AgNi, AgZnO/Cu/AgZnO, AgCuO/Cu/AgCuO composite, tri-composite, and pure silver solid rivets according to the customers' requirements.
